It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
If you don't already, now is the time to start paying attention to your beautiful body! Kudos to those of you already working on this. Remember to do a monthly self-breast-exam and make or keep your appointment for your mammogram. Small steps can catch breast cancer early and ensure you are around for a long time!
For those of you who are walking to raise money for research, I thank you! Every person I see participating in races and walks takes us, literally, one step closer to conquering this disease. Keep up the good work!
